Pros: The rooms was spacious, with both fridge and kettle and free bottles of water. Bathroom was also spacious, clean and well equipped. My room had 2 balconies allowing me to see the river as well as a street view. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was plentiful in choice. Would recommend

Pros: Spacious, beautiful room, modern bathroom. Spotlessly clean. Everything looks even better in real life than on the photos. Very comfortable beds. Got free room upgrade to a river view without even asking for it. Amazing breakfast with very wide selection, beautifully served. Quiet, with nice view over the river. Would definitely return. Would definitely recommend for a longer stay.

Pros: Rooms where comfortable, staff where helpful and directed us to a restuarant in walking distance which was had great food. Breakfast was a good continental buffet. Bathrooms have been newly fitted and were nice.

Pros: Super comfortable.Charming staff,and gorgeous food. We had dinner on the terrace next to the Rhine..perfect.Our room also had a balcony looking over the river .Although Duisberg is industrial (we were opposite green fields) it was fascinating watching the river traffic.

Cons: The only issue was signage outside the hotel. It really needs a big sign on the outside wall of the hotel showing you where reception is. We assumed it was at the front and ended up trying to operate a night check-in machine. Had there been a sign stating we need to go to the side of the hotel to get in and check-in as normal, it would have been of great help.

Pros: Kirsten at the front desk was amazing. So friendly and helpful and she really made our stay enjoyable, plus the hotel is an architectural gem that you don't expect to find. We had booked one night but decided to stay longer because we enjoyed it so much. We will definitely come back when we are visiting family.
