Compact SUV

Checking took over 30 minutes and we were the only people there. The woman at the desk was great, but the vehicle was not delivered ready.

I booked my vehicle 2 months in advance. When I went to pick up the vehicle was not available. They offered another vehicle at no extra cost which was ok. I was offered additional insurance which was supposed to be R480 but when I saw my bank statement I was actually charged over R800 Returned the vehicle with a full tank of fuel but was charged R1088.56 for fuel charges I had to then send proof of payment for the fuel and I'm still waiting for my refund. not a great experience
