Booking was easy. Car pick up was a nightmare. The Marriott was hard to find and far from the airport. Booth was in a hallway closet in the Marriot. Registration was complicated and needed to happen online on a portal device provided by the clerk. Needed to scan documents with my phone and submit them online (just showing them license and passport wasn't enough). Hidden fees included CDW, and a 1,500 pound collision deposit. Payment was complicated and involved a third party "WorldPay" link, which in the end did not recognize my credit card. We left after nearly an hour or paperwork without a car.Reviewed 17 May 2022

Very poor customer service. The young man who served us was not happy we were early. It was difficult to send a message to change our pick up time. He eventually said he could do it but we would have to wait. Denying insurance was difficult. Proof that our credit card company covers rental car insurance was needed. LUCKILY I BROUGHT THE PAMPHLET FROM AM EXPRESS!! We were not given any papers just told it would be sent by email. Drop off was a drop box. No confirmation to tell us everything was ok after drop off. Took pictures and video just in case needed!!! It was cheaper to rent with them, BUT for a reason. I would definitely not use Easyrent again. Pay a bit more with a more reputable company!Reviewed 12 Apr. 2022

Great see ice on pick up. Low tyre pressure warning within 5 mins. Spoken to very disrespectfully on drop off. Charged full amount even though returned car 8 days early. Beware of the terms and conditions. There is no early exist with these bandits.Reviewed 29 Dec. 2021

No car was actually availableCons:When I arrived, I was informed that the prior customer had returned the car wrecked and there was no other car available for me to drive. There was also no other rental car available at any other rental company nearby. Needless to say, this caused major havoc for my intended vacation plans (which involved driving to 3 other cities in the area), and ended up costing me 3x as much on trains/buses and having to change plans for hotels. One of the guys at the customer service desk did his best to help (allowing me to use their phone for international calls, etc.), while shortly after the other kicked me out of their small waiting area, where I was using wifi to rearrange my plans, because other customers were on their way in.
