Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access city attractions and public transport. Many found the rooms comfortable and, in several cases, spacious. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests noting spotless conditions while others mentioned issues. Service was generally adequate, with some staff going out of their way to help, though there were a few complaints about unfriendliness or lack of presence.
