I was told the car was new and to be v careful. When we got out I saw the car hasd two cracks in the windshield but was told not to worry about it and some minor scrapes in front and the back. Did not feel like a Hertz rental. Also the Chevy really was a piece of junk.10.0 Wonderful

The staff at the counter was excellent, very helpful and friendly. The pickup process was quick and easy.Cons:
The car had some issues. It was unclean, with candy wrappers in the back seat and a chocolate stain on the upholstery. The windshield washer didn't work which was a problem due to all the dirt roads in this part of the country. There were also hidden fees everywhere for extra kilometers drive (limit is 200k per day, are you kidding me!!??!?) and a big extra fee to "prepare a document" to allow entry into chile (they just printed a customs form).9.2 Wonderful
