The proprietors were very friendly and we enjoyed chatting with them in German and Italian! There was a very pleasant atmosphere. The room was spacious and well-equipped. The windows had electric shutters, especially welcome in the hot weather. We had a very good meal in the restaurant.
We were happy with everything.
Great hosts. We enjoyed talking with the owners and the restaurant is amazing!
The Owner verry friendly, Room and also Bathroom verry clean. Park place without pay and also wi-fi internet inkludet. Breakfast was excellent, tasty and various with a verry good coffee. Everything was just perfect. On ower next trip we will choose for sure again Hotel Cappuccino , room nr 9.
The hotel staff was very friendly and heled with our every questions. The breakfast was excellent and it was more than enough for the both of us.
Bad experience. Nothing really to like about this hotel.
Worst hotel experience for years. Arrived at 19.30, rang the bell five times before my wife spotted a note in the window with a phone number. I called it. They knew I was Herr Downs, so they'd been expecting us, but still hadn't bothered to turn up at their hotel to let us in. They made us wait for them another five or ten mins until they arrived by car. I explained we had been on the road for four hours from Bonn and would need some dinner (I speak some German - they speak no English at all). Their small dining-room was deserted so I asked for just some sandwiches. The girl there said 'no problem'but was later corrected by the manager fellow, a man with an expression like a block of wood, who looked at me as if I were mad, then explained it was 'Ruhetag'(Quiet Day),therefore, he said, no restaurants, nothing would be open. Like their restaurant. It was Monday, not Sunday. I've lived and worked in Germany and never heard such nonsense. Perhaps it's only in Saxony or Brandenburg where they can't be bothered. As to our sandwiches he said it was ''ímpossible'' (unmoglich). The girl then directed us to the local supermarket. So our dinner, after a horrendous day on the Autobahn, was packets of ham and cheese eaten in our room with no cutlery or basic eating facilities - the manager could not have cared less. I was offered no help with our bags to our room, and told to park 30m away round a corner in the back in their car park. The room was large but overlooked the only traffic circle in town so we had motorbikes and buses going by during the night. The bed-linen was atrocious and revolting, a type of strange draylon or upholstery fabric that fretted like sharkskin against your hand. For 145 Euros I expected a decent little place with at least friendly staff and a bit of a welcome.
