Convenient, clean and friendly
We visit our son who goes to UC Berkeley now we have discovered this great place just minutes away from campus. The location is close to great food , trader Joe's etc. Staff is friendly, parking is reasonable and the Breakfast is a full breakfast. We will definitely choose this place in future.

The only complaint that I have is, if someone deserves a room with certain requests for example: Room with Queen & sofabed At check in that request should be available for the reserved. Customers should not be told that there are limited rooms with those particular requests. Once those limits have been reached then it shouldn't be an option for others.

First time stay at Hyatt House - Emeryville
Decent breakfast. Nice updated, modern furnishings.
The hotel sits next to the train station. So if you're a light sleeper you may want to book a room on the opposite side of the building.

Under Construction
Rooms are great, liked the full kitchen and living room area.
Wish I would have know there was all sorts of construction going on in the building. It changed the way they operated their breakfast and the noise was something I could have done without in the mornings.

The rooms here are extremely comfortable and have beautiful views of the area. Some rooms come with full kitchens, while others have mini fridge and microwave. They also include flat screen televisions with local cable channels, hair dryer, and iron. The dining at the hotel includes the Omelet Bar, H Bar, and H Market for all of the guests needs while they are at the hotel.
There is so much to do in this area and guests here will get a great taste of what San Francisco is like. The friendly staff here can educate guests of the hotels of all of the attractions in the area. Guests can check out the Public Market, Bay Street, and the Berkeley Symphony. If they are ready to get out more, there is the Bay Bridge that they can see too.
Booking a room here is simple, but the hotel does fill up fast. Future guests can call ahead to find out what rooms are available and what events are happening in the area. Once they book their room, future guests will be excited about their journey to the San Francisco Bay area.

“Rooms where clean above expectations. Due to covic19 I sprayed disinfectant and washed down important areas such as counter tops, chairs, headboards, remotes controls for tvs, stove, microwave as well as light switches, door handles and other areas of the room and their was no dirt insite. Their room attendants deserve to receive bonuses. Great job”
