Cons (-) Email confirmation that room was ready came immediately; 3hrs later was still stuck in lobby because hotel didnt have any record of booking but hotels.com assured them it was there. Bad time was had by all.

The staff made every effort to make us feel welcome: said hello and asked if we needed anything each time we passed by. They accommodated every need expressed. Cons (-) Windows were not sealed well, thus there were some noise from outside.
Pros (+) Location happened to be right for me. They charged more for delux double which was a little bigger but the hotel itself not good enough to charge more for that extra. Booking was no problem
Cons (-) Overall it was ok and staff were kind. The price was a little high. May be prices all high in that area. They asked me credit card for in case of room service. I dont know that $50 was actually charged and redunded back.

There was a man in the parking lot who appeared to be selling drugs, as evidenced by the stream of visitors he received over night. There is no fridge or microwave as advertised (none available when requested). Only one working elevator.
