4.6 Okay
Pros: We did not stay for breakfast. Our flight left before it was served.
Cons: We were not served dinner until 7:30pm. There were not any outlets for electronic devices. Very poor cell service. There was no lighting outside on the porch or parking area. There were not any nearby restaurants so you were stuck eating there. The portions were very small, very expensive and our meat was very dry.

Pros: After a long 12 hour travel day, arriving here was a welcome relief. Gillian warmly welcomed us with a smile immediately offered us a drink and bite to eat after a weary journey. This is a beautiful introduction to Ireland as the country home is comfortable, spacious, spotless and so close to the airport. The hospitality is top notch, room was spacious, warm and welcoming. The bar and sitting room extremely accommodating for tired travelers and the wine list quite extensive. Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. Beautiful property, amazing hospitality and delicious meals. We highly recommend staying here after a long flight. It was a quick and easy ten minute drive but you feel like you are in the country. Gillian recommended sights to see and went above and beyond to provide us with a beautiful stay. Our only regret- we couldn’t stay longer.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Yummy breakfast, very clean & nice property. Friendly host. Very close to Shannon airport.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The son booked us in when we arrived and he couldn't have been nicer. The food was made to order so it was fresh and hot. We got down earlier than expected but the host made it work out. She gave us good directions to the airport to help us on our way. The bedroom was very comfortable. The host was very friendly. She is very close to the airport.
Cons: The coffee was in the common room. Nothing in the bedroom. It seemed to be a hassle for them that we didn't know when we were going to arrive. I know we were off season( just a bit) but I shouldn't have been made to feel that way. I'm pretty easy going but that feeling should not have been passed along to a guest. I didn't care for being on a timed breakfast schedule. We got down earlier than we expected and felt a bit uncomfortable for being early. The common room was not inviting for a cup of coffee or tea. The family of the host was in the kitchen watching t.v. or listening to the radio during breakfast and it just brought forth the whole B &B thing as being an "add on". It seems that for 5 stars I expected much better. We had much better for less stars. This app asked us if booking.com showed the place correctly and I went back to check it out and couldn't find this B&B listed even after many tries if typing the exact name in so I can't answer that question.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had stayed here 13 years before and loved it then, still highly recommend it today. The owner is very friendly and welcoming assuring that all of our needs were met. The rooms were beautiful, quiet and comfortable. We had access to the parlor including a small refrigerator to enjoy friends we were traveling with. A selection of cooked food was offered the next morning, served in a pretty dining room. The owner even made taxi reservations for us to get to the airport in the morning. There are several excellent restaurants in this area as well. It was good seeing her children before they left for school as they were very young during our stay in 2006.
Cons: We were completely satisfied.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was excellent. We had to leave for a flight and the host made sure to have us select our breakfast at check in. It was ready when we got downstairs!
Cons: Nothing. Everything was great. The host was very communicative, kind, and welcoming.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Delicious scrambled eggs. Wonderful host Deirdre. Warm, welcoming, went out of her way to be helpful. Good location convenient to Shannon Airport.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great family oriented B n B
Cons: The restaurant is very cramped for moving around, too many tables and not enough floor space
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was the best B/B that we have ever stayed in much nicer than the Metropole hotel room and we had a lovely lady Dolores who was very friendly and welcoming and we will definitely recommend it and return ourselves in May June July months
Cons: We have loved staying here massage chair, fridge in our room curling tongs, radio, phone charging and everything was available and we enjoyed it very much.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Right down the road from Bunratty Castle. The owner was super nice, even providing a map to where we were heading to next with towns circled that would be interesting to see along the way, giving details of what to visit. Breakfast was delicious, several options and offered to cook something if we didn't find something we liked on the buffet. The scones were delicious! Really enjoyed meeting another family who was staying there and chatting with them at breakfast. Husband of owner was friendly and funny as well. Liked that it was one level (just two steps up to the front door). Was one of only a few of the hotels we stayed at during our 3 week trip that actually provided wash cloths (wish the bigger hotels would do this in UK!) Would highly recommend!
Cons: Parking was a little tight, but worked out fine. Nothing else, enjoyed the stay.

Pros: The staff were so friendly. They couldn't do enough for you. The hotel was like home away from home. Food was amazing. Check in lady was so lovely. I will certainly be coming back here.
Cons: Nothing. You cant fault this hotel

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Incredible waitstaff, wonderful food, reasonable price. If you need to stay near Shannon, this is the place!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Travelled for a wedding in nearby Bunratty Castle Hotel, great location, walking distance with safe parking. Nice comfortable room, spacious bathroom.
Cons: Couldnt fault anything. Was a short one night stay, didnt avail of breakfast or visit the bar.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was fabulous and food was excellent
Cons: It was all to a high standard
6.0 Good
Pros: The staff were very friendly, it was warm, the bed was very comfy and the room was very homely. Overall, a lovely little hotel, just needs a few small improvements.
Cons: No food served until 6pm, sat in the bar for ten mins at approx 2.15pm waiting for a drink, we were acknowledged but the receptionist was busy showing other clients around the facilities and didn't return so we left to go elsewhere. The toilet in room 12 was loose and possibly needs work. The full irish breakfast was cold so that was disappointing, but the waiter was nice so I didn't want to complain
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect for walkable access to Bunratty Castle and Park. We were there for one day and the staff was friendly. The rooms were large and clean. We had dinner there and the food was 5 star and the service impeccable. I would highly recommend this place.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast menu had an excellent range of choices, supplemented by a buffet of cereals and juices that was kept well supplied. The staff were very attentive, and orders were delivered promptly. The Bunratty Manor Hotel has a cosier and more domestic atmosphere than the grander Bunratty Castle Hotel, while being only a few minutes walk further from the centre of Bunratty village, and closer to the petrol station-cum-supermarket.
Cons: We were attending a music festival, in which one of the events was held in the Bunratty Manor. From this and previous experiences, we feel that the hotel has not been fully organised to present performances to the best advantage - but this could be addressed, and is not a fundamental problem.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautifully decorated for Christmas. Lovely staff. Food was delicious.

Cons: The hot buffet which I had at 7.20 a.m. in the morning was really stone cold. This really needs to be addressed as I have seen similar comments from other people.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Marie was welcoming and thoughtful. It was our last night in Ireland and we had to get to the airport early. Marie provided our breakfast early on a Sunday morning. My husband left his Irish cap in the room when we left and she very nicely mailed it to us at home! Location was close to town. Walkable, although we took our car into the town center, but parking was easy.

Pros: We loved everything, a good choice of accommodation to attend a family function in the town, and the hotel's proximity to everything, including the 1 minute walk to Chapel Sunday a.m. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was great - we enjoyed the choices of cooked food, and the smoothie. AND loved the kitty cat sitting at the front door of the hotel
Cons: Can't think of anything - except the weather!! but the hotel had no control over that.

Pros: Lovely staff. Nice spacey clean rooms! Good tv channels. Lovely views from the room!
Cons: Not in Ennis town centre - 10 minute €14 taxi to the centre. Slightly outdated but that adds to the charm.
7.0 Good
Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was extremely comfortable and our room was spotless. Room supplies, such as teas/coffee and bathroom sets were topped up daily, we never had to request extra. Something important to me is a good hot power shower and the en-suite facilities did not disappoint.
Cons: The Leisure Centre particularly the pool didn't open until 9am and closed to children at 7pm which I felt was a little early, especially when you had spent the day out sightseeing. It would've been nice to have been able to enjoy the facilities together as a family, but were limited by those times unfortunately.
