Pros:I LOVE THAT AT THIS LOCATION THERE IS PLENTY OF FREE SAFE PARKING TO LEAVE YOUR CAR WHEN PICKING UP YOUR RENTAL. The counter staff are especially friendly and go out of their way to make sure you get a car you will enjoy driving. Love them!!Reviewed 13 Feb. 2018

A satisfied customerPros:The surprising part for me was I asked for a nissan altima and instead was given a nissan murano! My wife and son were so excited because it was the vehicle that I wanted to rent before the purchase. SatisfactoryPros:The customer service was good.Cons:They didn't have the rental vehicle ready that I had reserved/requested ao we had to pay more to get the next vehicle class that was ready. Also car wasn't properly inspected. Left front turn signal was inoperative. We didn't know this until we were over an hour away.Reviewed 12 Jun. 2017

Detroit EnterprisePros:Everyone from the shuttle drivers to the people on the desk was friendly and helpful. Coming from Detroit from Florida in December was slightly traumatic. When i got to my car, Steve, had turned on the heater full blast. Steve is my favorite.Cons:Next time I visit during the winter, I will upgrade to a sturdier car. The Mitsubishi Mirage I had was no match for the first snow storm of the season.Reviewed 13 Dec. 2016
