Bait and switchCons:Said the insurance I bought wasn’t valid. Then the price of the car rental itself has gone up. So I walked away from the reservation and dealt with cab rides through out my vacation. Not the end of the world but certainly not a positive on the car rental.Reviewed 26 Jun. 2018

Good people, not much savingPros:Friendly staff, great vehicle, no problems at all.Cons:i called enterprise to get a quote on a car seat and the rates are different from the website and i was given wrong info, when i showed up they wanted to charge me $12 a day!!! i refused and bought one at a walmart instead. Insurance was forced on me without having the credit card disclosure where it shows i have coverage.Reviewed 16 Nov. 2016
