Staff was inconsistent in the information they gave me. It cost me hours of time, and I missed the event I was in town to see. I made an error, and didn’t have what I needed to pick up my rental. Instead of telling me in the beginning the pickup would be impossible, I ran around wasting time trying to complete their suggested work around. After paying for and providing a printout of what I was told by their staff I needed, they still did not allow me to pick up my rental. The situation I was in was my fault, but the way their staff handled was extraordinarily disappointing.Reviewed 29 Apr. 2024

I was driven 42 miles to retrieve the rental only to be told I could not use a debit card because I have an out-of-state drivers license. I had proof of insurance, plenty of funds to pay for the rental but was denied. I was told by the associate that he attempted to contact me the day before to advise of company policy but the only info they were provided was Kayak’s contact info. Everything scheduled that was dependent on my participation had to be cancelled. Absolutely horrible experience!Reviewed 28 Apr. 2024

Never got the car that was reserved. Called a few days before to make sure the van was available and they said it wasn’t and that the district manager would call to make accommodations. Never received a call. Very disappointed.Reviewed 28 Apr. 2024

Loved the simplicity of the booking and pick up. Unfortunately located discarded food and empty water bottle in vehicle after pickup. Also found passenger window switch was not working properly. In the end, Enterprise stepped up and owned the issues which as a customer I coukd not ask for more.Reviewed 28 Apr. 2024

I liked everything about my experience with Enterprise. The thing that stood out the most was the agent...Melanie was very courteous and patient with my dilemma and went out of her way to make it as smooth as possible and she totally succeeded. The truck I reserved wasn’t available so dealership had me get a more expensive suv. I should have been offered the suv at the same price of my original reserved vehicle. Worker at pick-up had me sign up for me coverage even after tellling him I already signed up for different coverage and I didn’t know I was charged for the extra coverage until after my receipt was emailed to me.
