Ship to Rental shuttlePros:The agent was very helpful and easy to deal with. We had booked a full size car which was unavailable but were offered a substitute.which worked well for our 4 adult passengers.Cons:The airport facility was overwhelmed by the numbers of passengers arriving by cruise ship. The shuttle area at the port could not handle the arrival. We actually took a taxi to the airport because the shuttle would only take the one person renting.Reviewed 1 Mar. 2017

Pros:The young lady that checked us in helped with an upgrade and a better rate than we had found online.Cons:I called the 800 # to extend the time to keep the car. A good rental experiencePros:I rent cars for work all the time, This car was relatively clean and ran well. For a rental it was well kept. It smelled normal and drove normal. Service reps were efficient and polite.Cons:Somebody left a big sunscreen blob on the steering wheel and driver's seat that looked like it dried in the sun. Seems like something you would want to clean up before you hand the car out again.Reviewed 9 Dec. 2016
