Pros:The staff in Kamloops were very helpful.Cons:Description of how to drop off the vehicle in Vancouver. There was no signage and we had to visit the tourism information and then speak to people at the hotel to determine where to drop the vehicle off.Reviewed 30 Dec. 2019

Pros:Staff was polite and courteous. Car was in good condition and clean.Cons:My last day in BC I had to drive 2hrs on the TransCanada highway up a widing mountain, in the snow, in a front wheel drive car that didn't have snow tires. Snow ties should be mandatory in the winter.Reviewed 8 Mar. 2019
