We had rented a family van and had 3 cars to choose from. We chose one but noticed that tread on one car was a concern so the customer service switched cars at the last minute. After changing flight and getting a reservation with enterprise I was told they had no cars available. Their policy is to accept reservation with 24 hours of pickup, but cars are not guaranteed. Thankfully, Budget had cars available.Reviewed 5 Oct 2024

It was overall excellent> I was to pick the car up at 10:00 am and at approximately 9:40 I received a call stating there was no vehicle available. 3 vans had not come back when due and the car I was scheduled for (Dodge Durango. ) had been recalled. I explained I needed that size of the vehicle as I was traveling with 2 other instructors and we needed to load a lot of equipment that would never fit in a regular SUV. I was willing to pick up a larger vehicle in Halifax but needed a rental to get there and then pick up the instructors. The staff made several calls and came up with a plan that did not exceed the price we had booked and by 11:00 I was on the road to Halifax. The exchange went well and I was able to return the second vehicle to Kentville once we returned two days later from Cape Breton. I appreciated everything they did to help us get on the road in time and in a vehicle that would work. Excellent customer service.Reviewed 2 Oct 2024
