Pros:Because we have not rented a car in Pasco, we had a hard time finding the car. Once we figured that out, everything was OKCons:Pick up in Portland was kind of the same. The person in the front office didn't enter my whole name, just the first and middle name. because of that, Discover didn't recognize the name and the number, the card was blocked. I called the 800# and the Discover person resolved it immediately.Reviewed 3 Jan. 2017
