Pros:The staff was friendly and helpful.Cons:We had paid for Sirrius radio but it was not available in our car. Enterprise was quick to credit us back the cost quickly upon having it reported to them.Reviewed 20 Oct. 2020

Pros:The pick-up staff was really friendly.Cons:I feel like we were set up to pay more for this rental from the start. I clearly marked we would only need it for one day, but by the time we got to the drop-off location, it was closed until the following Tuesday (2 extra days). I could not find any information on how to drop off the car to meet up deadline, and when I called Enterprise, they weren't open. Also, the pick up agent was trying to claim we caused hail damage, but I didn't drive through or have any hail during when I had the car. Thank god I didn't drop it off without someone there, because who knows what else they would've tried to pull on us. Now, I've been charged for 3 days & the damage to the car I didn't do. And I will likely never rent from this company again.Reviewed 27 May 2020

Pros:Staff was nice. Put up was not organized, but car was clean and ready.Cons:Picked enterprise because of Riverwalk location. Day before pickup, I called to confirm, and found out car was at a location that was a $13 Uber from our hotel. Added at least another $26 to rental cost.Reviewed 25 May 2020

Pros:We landed, picked up our car right at the airport. Drove to 5 National Parks, putting on a ton of miles, dropped the car off a week later at the airport, and hopped right on our flight. We had zero issues. Would definitely use these guys next time!Reviewed 6 May 2018
