Have employees check things like wiper fluid. We had no wiper fluid in our car the whole trip and it made it very annoying driving with bugs stuck on your windshield and having to stop every so often to wipe it. Other than this, everything was great.Reviewed 22 Aug. 2022

Pros:The base rental price was cheap and staff was friendly enough (at the National desk, there is no dedicated Enterprise desk.)Cons:Fear tactics used to try and sell all manner of additional insurance, as well as guess how much fuel you'll use and prepay for more than this. The Nissan Sentra was junky compared to similar Toyota, Hyundai, Mazda cars. Apple Carplay was super flaky, even tested with multiple phones and cables.Reviewed 27 May 2019

Awaiting a refundCons:I rented the car on June 8, 2017 for a school event to be paid for by my school district's Visa card. Enterprise would not accept the car initially because it didn't have my name on it. Understandable, however, I was informed once the vehicle was returned, I could pay the amount with the company card and my own personal account would be credited the refund. It is now June 22, I have called twice and written an email to the manager, Matthew Halford.
