Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's pool and convenient location, especially the easy access to public transportation and parking. However, many reviews highlighted issues with service, including unhelpful or rude staff and poor responsiveness at reception. Cleanliness was also a concern, with several guests mentioning dirty carpets, bathrooms, and general lack of maintenance. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests finding it adequate and others noting limited variety or poor quality.
