Pros (+) Staff was very nice and the room was very good either... the breakfast was perfect a lot of fruits to choose....
Cons (-) We have to use our car to go to the city centre, around 10 minutes....

Pros (+) The hotel and property is gorgeous! The staff was amazing and very helpful. The shuttle driver is wonderful!!! We loved her.
Cons (-) Small space and small shower but to be expected. We didn't spend much time there so it was fine. It was our first time in Florence so we would have liked to be closer to the center of the city. But after our original B&B fell through we were very happy to find this hotel.
