Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore Florence on foot. Many appreciate the historical charm, spacious rooms, and friendly staff. However, several reviews mention issues with breakfast quality, cleanliness, and accessibility, particularly the lack of an elevator and the presence of many stairs, which can be inconvenient for families or those with mobility needs. Some guests also noted inconsistent heating and cold rooms. Overall, the location and atmosphere are the hotel's standout features, while breakfast and accessibility could be improved.
