The rooms reflected the ambience of Florence. It was quaint with very clean, white crisp decor to match. We had a very spacious room and bathroom and balcony overlooking the Opera House. The neighbourhood was quiet and safe even at night and a perfect location to walk in the morning right by the river. The continental breakfast was also fantastic.
The small downside to this is that there is no elevator... but you only have to trek up the stairs twice... not a big deal at all. :)

Residential floor. Due to the rooms being right on the main room it can be noisy. 5 mins walk from the city centre. Basic.

Very poor breakfast which is a shame because by the seating area of looks like you are in for a treat.

This B&B was close to where we needed to be and provided the facilities we needed at a price we were prepared to pay.
Breakfast is not available until 8:30am so on the morning we had to leave at 8:00am we did not get breakfast.
