9.0 Excellent
Pros: I like the hotel being located near all types of food options. The staff are friendly and polite. The food is superb! I appreciate them providing you with a list of activities during your stay and the casino often plays good music on the weekends at night
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, beach and people
Cons: yes you don't recycle
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The staff at the hotel was wonderful
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable room, nice beach. Convenient onsite shopping. Nice spa facilities and excellent treatments.
Cons: A lot of the resort looks like it hasn't been updated in 30 years. Some of the restaurants were closed. We were invaded by a cruise ship and the beach was very busy.
5.0 Okay
Pros: We liked the second room that we eventually were given. It was comfortable and spacious with the king bed and view we didn’t get when we checked in. We also were glad we could rent a car right there.
Cons: When we checked in, we were told we had been given an upgrade to our room. NOT! First, we were just given a key and sent on our way. There was no help with our luggage and no one to explain the room facilities like a normal Marriott experience. We knew why immediately! The room we were given had two double beds, disgustingly musty and water was draining out of the A/C unit in front of the sink area. This was a dangerous puddle of water! It was dreary and ugly! (this was room 422 in the main hotel area) The toilet was draining water onto the floor as well. They were hoping we would just deal with it. Out on the patio, the railing was rusted and pulling out of the floor. There was NO WAY I was going to accept that and we demanded the room we booked. It was only then that they gave us a decent room in the “villa” area. But even this room was dated. It was nearly impossible to get into the shower. The giant jacuzzi tub had no plug, so you couldn’t even fill it to see if it worked. On the second night in this room, the A/C went out. By night three, they had it fixed again. We ate dinner at the bar the first night and it was disappointing. After that, we went elsewhere for dinner. The breakfast was not included so we only ate it on our last morning. Again, disappointing. The tour desk people had NO idea what they were selling. You are directed to an iPad and told to read about the tours there. They couldn’t answer any questions about anything. This was not the Marriott experience we are accustomed to.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: All was good with the only exception being that we expected an early check in but had to wait.
Cons: Check in as mentioned above but the service and staff was great
4.0 Okay
Pros: Resort is good, however in the surrounding not much can be done. As you are not able to hire a car, you have to do everything by taxi which is expensive. On Wednesday, Greg's safari was not willing to provide the 4x4 sugar-plantation trip to us; probably because on Wednesday a lot of shops/restaurant are closed.
Cons: At arrival, no towels were in the room. When closing the room-door to ask the reception for towels, no reentering the room was possible because of lock-failure. When the reception-guy walked with us to go to see what is with the key-lock of the room, the towels we received were handed over to us, so we had to carry them to our room, and he was free of hands, which is very impolite as host. Breakfast is extremely expensive in relation to quality. Breakfast-room is overstaffed which increases costs unnecessarily. Tour operators in the lobby should be available at 8:00 am, however till over 9:00 am nobody was actually sitting there, reception not helpful to get the person who should be there and had been there because a backpack was put on the tours reception chair. So no service for more than one hour.
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: The rooms were spacious and clean.
Cons: Room service was not worth it, overprices and food was not its best. Taxi services to airport and anywhere else were overpriced. They all had a fixed rate when dealing with tourists. Wi-Fi was only free in the lobby/ pool area. I would suggest going to a hotel/ resort where they offer free breakfast at least.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Staff friendly
Cons: Lack of cleanliness!

7.9 Good
Pros: The view while eating
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Large room with all normal anemities. Good wifi reception in room. Attached restaurant very good, there are more eateries within 10min walk. Nice beach with lots of loungers and shade. Staff very friendly. We requested a quiet room and this was abt 150m walk from the reception/restaurant and adjacent "strip" (the bar zone) .
Cons: none
6.3 Good
Pros: Clean large room with good AC and bathroom. Decent views. Food at the restaurant was good. The cleaning staff were lovely; friendly and welcoming.
Cons: Relatively noisy due to proximity of bars/clubs. Also noisy across all of Sunday morning due to large tent hosting church services. The coverings on the sun loungers on the balcony were mouldy and smelly.
5.0 Okay
Pros: the maintenance lady and the front desk staff was wonderful .improvement need to be done in the property itself the person responsible to show the room to the guest was no where to be front the lady at the front had to do it herself to please us which was appreciated
Cons: The property could make the effort to give water or special treats for a return guest. I spend my honeymoon there like 5 years return for my 5 anniversary no special treat like champagne strawberry or chocolate was provided. The management staff need to do something with the money I'm paying they should be able to please a return guest
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Over priced and jaded. There are better places to visit.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Right on a terrific Caribbean beach, pretty good food in the Sunset Cafe, close to a variety of other restaurants, reasonable prices.
Cons: Reception area was in need of an update. Front desk staff could be friendlier.
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: One server Cleo was very nice
Cons: The food was just tolerable, the staff did not appear to enjoy their jobs, for a resort that barely had any customers the check in wait for a room was NOT acceptable, waiting hours for a room that was clearly not used recently. Traveling companions waited over 6 hours for towels to be delivered. No real beach, ocean water littered with plastic etc could not swim in ocean. Not close to any restaurants or town.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a wonderful place to stay , The people are so nice and always ready to help you , we loved our stay and would do it again , We never met a person at this resort or for that matter on all of St Kitts or Nevis that wasn't smiling and anxious to make your stay great.
Cons: Food and drinks were way overpriced. Breakfast was very good and worth it if you split meals ( they are quite large) . Other food was good , but in our opinion overpriced. There are a lot of other restaurants on the island with great food for a lot less money . This was the only issue we had with the whole place

Pros: Miss Hazel is so lovely friendly efficient and very welcoming. We enjoyed having a chat with her over a cup of tea.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very nice and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a delicious personal experience and was offered when l had awaken in the garden yard. This stay was not like a typical hotel; Gave more of a "at home feeling", was quiet, and I didn't feel like I was just another guest. Internet was good. The Ms Hazel and Ms Josephine were the sweetest. I would definetly return, without hesitation. Great Bang for Buck!
Cons: That I had to leave.... :(
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Owner of the property is excellent, friendly, great hospitality, very nice atmosphere.
7.5 Good
Pros: We liked the location, breakfast, and Hazel the host. Hazel was super sweet and accommodating. She gave us beach towels and extra blankets when requested.
Cons: It was a tad noisy at night (dogs barking). The bathroom could be updated (including new shower head). A few other updates could be made to the room itself.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great, Mrs. Hazel is also a very kind lady :) Breakfast was delicious
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Property owner Hazel is very caring hostess. All our requests and wishes were fulfilled. We liked her homemade breakfasts. She even can prepare some local dishes for evening meal for small payment. Property is 15 minutes walking from airport. My advice if you are not young backpacker rent a car to see all island.
Cons: There was problem with internet. It was provider issue.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: View from balcony, very good breakfast, pleasant hostess, big bright room, beautiful gardens.
Cons: TV too small, bad placement to watch. No outlets for nightstand lamps; devices had to be charged in bathroom. Wifi very weak in room. No grocery store or restaurant nearby. Hard to get taxis.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The property appeared nice and I am sure we would have enjoyed our stay - had we been able to have one. Cash payment is also good as I didn't have to prepay for a room I didn't get to use.
Cons: We knew we would be arriving late (plane landing well after 10p). We notified the property of our late arrival and were told it would be no problem. We got a rental car after we landed and went straight to the Bed and Breakfast, arriving a little after 11p. The front door was locked. We rang the doorbell and knocked many times. Walked around the property a couple of times looking for someone - anyone. There was nobody. Luckily we had rented a car instead of being dropped off by a taxi so we were able to drive to the Marriott where we were able to get a room for the night (at $370!). We reached out to the property owner the next day and were told, "We waited up for you." Wrong. If they waited up for us we would have had a place to stay that night. Fortunately it is a cash payment establishment so we weren't required to pay for a night we didn't get to spend.
6.3 Good
Cons: the wifi was not good at all very weak
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quite neighborhood. Very friendly host. Breakfast was great. The dinner served was like a king's feast.
Cons: No AC.
