Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests finding the rooms clean while others reported issues like odors, bugs, and dirty carpets. Service was similarly mixed, with several guests complimenting helpful or friendly staff, but others citing unhelpful or unfriendly interactions. The breakfast was a common disappointment, with many guests noting it did not match expectations or advertisements. I have a year old daughter and they couldn't change the reservation because they said that they couldn't change any reservations made by third party sites. They had someone knocking on the door 5 min before 11am asking us to leave the room!
