Cons: First floor room on the "quiet" side had no street noise but the bar patrons were pretty loud until late. The air freshener/room scent was pleasant but VERY strong (could "taste" it).

Cons: Self Parking is expensive if isn't comped, and you have to walk a bit with your luggage if you don't valet. Why do hotels charge for parking? Include it in the rate, and spread it like peanut butter across all travelers. This hotel isn't walking distance from much of anything, so you really need a car to get most places.

Pros: They had a Bistro place on site but I never really seen anyone cooking or even attending the area. It would have been nice to be able to go down to the Bistro anytime during the stay for drinks, snacks or foods. Overall I felt comfortable and safe and I guess that's what matters. The fitness center is also very all and the machines are not in good conditions In the rooms with view to the highway, you here noise in your room the whole day The staff in the breakfast area they are a bit rude, every day i received the bill to be signed after having just 5 minutes seated, not even started with my breakfast.

Pros: The airport was only about 20 minutes drive from the airport, and it was so conveniently located between the airport and my intended event location. The receptionist was very welcoming and courteous. I was checked in very quickly, and I had a beautiful room with a balcony facing the pool! Everything looked new and smelled good. The bed was so comfy!!! The value for what was paid was priceless!

Cons: If they clean our room,we stay 2days and no one clean our room or replace shower towels ,I talk with front desk and I was told that they will take care in the next morning,never did

Pros: The location was great! Close to shopping and restaurants.
Cons: Long wait to check in/out as there was no one at the front desk. The room needs updated. There were lights not working, sure it was just a bulb but that should be checked daily. Also, there is no exhaust fan or heat in bath, fixtures rusting. Not 3 star
