The staff did not know how to access the internet, and were not willing to troubleshoot; the breakfast quantities were not consistent; the room was very cold despite turning the heat to an extreme and there wer no extra covers; the location is very noisy on Saturday nights; the cancellation notice is unusually far in advance.

It was a great place to watch the World Cup Final on Sunday evening on the Square and also in the bar in the hotel - although very busy (and prices were pushed up in the evening compared to the afternoon) it was worth coming over from England as a Dutch National!

Jersey is quite a nice cafe-restaurant. They have smoking rooms. Paid E60, which is good (relative) value. The next booking they wanted E100 though, so price varies. At that price it's not good enough.
