Summary of reviews

Guests say
The majority of guests were highly dissatisfied with their stay, citing extremely poor cleanliness throughout the hotel, including stained bedding, dirty towels, and unpleasant odors. Many also reported rude and unprofessional service from staff, with some experiencing issues such as withheld deposits and unhelpful responses to complaints. Several reviews mentioned disappointment with the breakfast, which was either not provided as advertised or of very low quality. Only a few positive remarks were made about room size, water pressure, or parking, but these were overshadowed by the overwhelmingly negative experiences.
