Pros (+) I liked the location of the hotel
Cons (-) I had to change rooms four times; First room: no heater Second room: no toilet Third room: had a bum staying in there illegally Fourth room: couldn’t open door

Pros (+) Location was good.
Cons (-) Internet was too slow to stream video and there were no cable TV channels on the TV. I paid for the updated internet to my dismay.

Pros (+) The young clerk at front desk was nice for only working there 3 weeks. Felt bad he has to deal with working for a horrible hotel.
Cons (-) Not the room I booked. No sheets for the flat torn up sofa pullout. Old food in cabinets. Toilet seat hanging off. Sheets dirty... don't want to mention what was found when I untucked them from the mattress on the bed. Demanded a refund and didn't stay more than an hour. No manager on site.

Cons (-) No towels, clogged toilet, stunk like cigarettes, wasn't cleaned properly. Very uncomfortable place to stay.
