Stunning resort from the lounge areas so spacious and beautifully decorated, restaurants were in beautiful settings and the food was amazing and so varied with on the spot grills, cartoon pancakes, the lot! terraces have a beautiful view. Several pools from babies to children to adults (one of the most stunning pools I have seen), bedrooms were spacious and well decorated and kids entertainment and entertainers were super fun - bouncy castle!!!
Outside facilities are very nice and plants are taken care for. (adding some photos to public album) Infinity pool is cool (thou water is a bit too "cool") and sunbath area is pleasant, incl. Adult-only area. Nice view to ocean from terrace restaurants and bars. Nice courtyard with fountains. Nice balcony with suite+ room.
Our "Master Suite with Resort View" had terrible view (see photos) Probably I got this room because I have eastern-European name and booked via major Internet booking portal. Room furniture was quite nice but looked a bit tired, total 4 power sockets for 2-room suite, 1 socket for 3 powered kitchen appliances (micro, kettle, espresso) - quite annoying. Staff took right to have loud discussions over our head while you sit right there trying to enjoy your breakfast. Not only once.
Very nice hotel in a nice town a few minutes walk away. Food good in main restaurant however some of the specialist restaurants seemed to struggle. Large garden areas and a small beach outside of the main complex
Very friendly and quick service throughout our stay - immediately felt right at home! The rooms are fantastic and very comfortable, and the facilities are superb and in great condition. The lagoon pool is idyllic and spacious - it feels like.your own saltwater paradise to float around in. The breakfast is huge and all of the options (hot and cold food, wide variety of drinks) are delicious. Great start to the day. For the price, this is a fantastic resort, and we will definitely return!
While in general everything was fantastic, the quality of food and service at the restaurants could be better. Service staff seemed at times preoccupied, and the food is nice but not more than that
Very comfortable Staff extremely helpful Very good and spacious grounds
Food in most restaurants could have been warmer Buffet costs very expensive
