I do not want to go over everything again as I have already provided all the information to Quee customer service. However in brief budget assigned us a car that was a piece of junk and after 15 miles would not start. We tried many times to get it started and even got help from police and firemen. We called several Budget numbers, finally getting roadside assistance, We were told we would need to wait another 4-6 hours to get the car towed. About 2-3 hours later I finally got the car started. We drove it back to the airport ( uncertain whether it would stall on the highway) and exchanged it for another car at the Avis desk. Our entire day was ruined. The car was junk with over 59,000 miles on the odometer. When we returned it to the airport and removed our bags the Budget personnel checked the car in and then went to move it ahead. They too could not get it started. It was still parked where we left it about 45 minutes later when we picked up our replacement car. We have sent all sorts of information and documentation to Quee who have submitted a claim to recover one day of rental charges. It should probably be even more as it ruined our first day in MD and put us in a serious and dangerous predicament, Shame on Budget for allowing a car with mechanical/ electrical problems to be on the road.

We went to rent our vehicle and did not know we had to use a Credit Card. We only had a debit card with us on trip. Alamo person at counter terrible. In addition we had an agreement for $1080 for week. Person at counter informed us additional $300 security deposit. Now $1380 for rental. We were stranded at airport. No transportation. Horrible experience with Alamo. We had to change our rental to return it to BWI . Not Jacksonville. DO NOT RENT FROM ALAMO!

The customer service could have been better. Did not disclose a $150 security fee during sign up. Security fee was refunded upon return of car but it would have been nice to have that known before car pickup.

Poor for pick up. One employee at BWI airport desk. At times, 5-8 people in line. At one point, a customer returned his car rental to exchange for another one for some issue, breaking in front of line. Car not vacuumed upon pick up. No employees in sight to ask questions. I recommend Avis management have a sit down with BWI staff. Sooner than later.

The initial price offered by Kayak was 80 dollars. We ended up paying 160 dollars. The insurance offered by Kayak was not sufficient at Avis.

They did not have car available. I was informed to try back in two hours or check with another company onsite. I was able to get another rental at a more expensive price. Absolutely disgusting and wrong what Dollar did to customers.

Our Dodge Durango was an excellent vehicle for our family vacation- BUT the car reeked of smoke from whoever rented it before us. We did not come back for another vehicle because we were told at check-in that it was the last available car that could seat 7. We called back the next day on July 14th and told David about the smell. So we gutted it out the rest of our trip.

Car had some decent damage. My car was not ready… so could wait 45 minutes or pay for an upgrade, which didn’t seam right… but I was in a rush. No one voluntarily reviewed car with me… but I insisted because of the damage. Tank was supposed to be full… but it was less than half. Seamed a bit sketchy overall… but ended up ok. Car could have been cleaner. Fingerprints still clearly visible in dash screen. Candy wrapper in center console… and stuff on front bumper and grill. A C overall in terms of feel… but a decent BMW 5 series sedan for a reasonable price
