It was easy pick up but drop off was a nightmare.Cons:
The drop off location was full so at 10pm i was trying to find out where i could drop off the vehicle. Then because the location was closed rhe next day they tried to charge me a late fee since no one was there to confirm the vehicle was there. The service is so slow that they only have one person working at a counter when there are three rental agencies. The line was very long, and they packed all of us in together, so they didn't care about social distancing or anything. My biggest beaf with all national rental in Dulles is their car wash leave the car looking unclean.
