Thirfty did not have any cars available when I arrived. They were going to give me a Camaro but I honestly don't know how people drive those things. Having my wife and toddler with me just made it a hard no. After some haggling I was given a Ford SUV which was fine.Reviewed 1 May 2023

Nearly missed my flight due to waiting for more then an hour and a half for the curtesy bus not picking up waiting customers at the car return. Only one person working and didn't know how to contact the driver who was sitting at the terminal waiting for a call to let him know there were passengers needing to picked up. Some people called for Ubers. When the drive did show up he said he came back thinking something was wrong since he didn't hear from them. There is no reason this should have gone a poorly as it did. I won't be using this location again. That means Thrifty, Dollar and Hertz are out for me. Thanks for narrowing down my choices for this location which I will be traveling too once a month.Reviewed 17 Apr. 2023

Car smelled like smoke. One way fee of $400 to RDU is a ripoff. Now way to get a timely receipt of return. Told to just leave the keys in the car and park it. Nobody available to give me a return receipt. Car had multiple scratches that I documented.Reviewed 17 Apr. 2023

There was a power surge during pickup of the car, this cannot be helped by the company but they took 30 minutes to start processing reservations manually, once that started the computers came back up and they spent another 20 minutes trying to reset the computers instead of simply manually processing transactions. There were 4 customers in front of me and I spent 1 hour and 20 minutes to pick up my car.Reviewed 15 Jul. 2022
