Jose was super kind to me when I arrived. I was flying in for a funeral and he had nothing but kind words for me and helped me tremendously when my booking was not ready due to cleaning. He knew I needed to get on the road to be with family and did everything to accommodate me. I will definitely use Sixt again based on customer service alone. Thanks!Reviewed 21 May 2024

The car had front end damage that caused it to vibrate and be quite noisy at highway speed. I did not detect this until several miles after I left the rental facility. The wear on the edges of the tire tread blocks on the front tires indicated that this damage had been present for several hundred miles. The check in agent was very friendly and did not blame me for this damage, despite the fact that it was not in the car record at the time of check out. It is possible that the car being noisy on all but the smoothest pavement could have been a different problem from the alignment damage. When I picked it up, the car reeked of dope smoke. Perhaps the car rental company would argue that I got a free high included in my rental, but I did not want that. After four days of driving with the windows open, the car still smelled of pot. I did not care about the numerous stains on the upholstery, but others might care about that.Reviewed 11 Nov 2022
