The elevator was not working. One room was a smoking room and we had reservations for non-smoking rooms. Other than that, the service/people were amazing

Pros (+) This hotel is very clean. Includes continental breakfast which was delicious. Also, the rooms include a refrigerator with a freezer, microwave and a small sink which was very convenient. In case you forget your toothbrush the front desk has disposable ones you can use. The hotel is in a dead end so you would have to park your car in front of the hotel unload your luggage and get a parking code fro...
Cons (-) What I didn't like about this hotel was that they don't accept cash as a form of payment. They only accept credit/debit Cards. No where in the confirmation email or in their website did it say that cash was not accepted. I took cash to pay but was rejected and had to use my debit card instead. Pros (+) I liked the whole part of the checkin taking 30 minutes at 2 am because kayak messed it up.
Cons (-) I didn't like pretty much the whole thing. The checkin took literally forever. Never again

Pros (+) Airport shuttle, breakfast, comfy beds, and clean/large rooms!
Cons (-) The TV in the room didn't work. I informed the front desk and was told maintenance would come look at it. Waited 2 hours and no one came so I canceled the maintenance call.

Pros (+) Shuttle service to and from the airport is very easy and efficient. Size of room is above average.

Pros (+) This place is really a great value, the building is safe and well maintained. Having a gated parking garage is great for peace of mind. The rooms are very nice for what you pay and overall stay was very comfortable. I've been there twice already and plan on staying again because the experience was so great. Highly recommended!
