This hotel is a great location for all things Helen. It is in need of some refresh and our bathroom had a musty smell but we were here for Oktoberfest and it was perfect for our needs. For what we paid, it exceeded our expectations

The Country Inn Suites by Radisson Helen GA is a hotel that has a great location in one of America’s most unique towns – when staying in this hotel, you are right in the middle of a Bavarian village just an hour’s drive from Atlanta. Helen is unique because there is a massive German tradition in the city, and thanks to the hotel’s location, you can easily walk around the town to see German culture and get German food. The hotel has an indoor pool and a fitness center, meaning you can stay on course with your workout. There is a complimentary breakfast every morning, so if you decide to go hiking or tubing, you will have no problem doing those activities on a full stomach.
The rooms at the Country Inn Suites by Radisson Helen GA include standard rooms with a single king or two queen beds, a whirlpool room with a king bed, or a suite that features either a king or two queen beds. The main difference – aside from the whirlpool – is the space. However, the suites have a separate living room and bedroom along with a sleeper sofa for larger traveling parties. The rooms all have great views of Helen and the surrounding area – which in the summer are beautiful mountains with lush, green trees.
The Country Inn Suites by Radisson Helen GA is a great place to stay when experiencing what an alpine town in the middle of Georgia could be. It is the perfect off-the-beaten-path vacation.

Pros (+) The breakfast was good, the bed really comfortable, and the staff was super helpful.
