Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, which is close to stores, restaurants, and main roads. Some reviewers found their rooms clean and appreciated the updated facilities in certain cases. However, many guests reported negative experiences with staff service, citing rudeness, lack of presence at the front desk, and poor communication. Cleanliness was inconsistent, with several complaints about dirty towels, mold, and general lack of room cleaning, although a few guests noted clean rooms. Value for price was a major concern, with guests feeling the hotel was overpriced for the quality and amenities provided. Amenities were often lacking, with missing or nonfunctional items such as breakfast, towels, and fitness center supplies. Overall, while the location is a strong point, service, value, and amenities need significant improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
