Pros: Loved the added details of a pillow menu and the daily refilled mini bar. The location was impeccable as well, especially for a first-time visit to the city. Staff went above and beyond to make this a good stay. And lastly, gym facilities were far better than the average Hotel in that class.

Pros: Loved the added details of a pillow menu and the daily refilled mini bar. The location was impeccable as well, especially for a first-time visit to the city. Staff went above and beyond to make this a good stay. And lastly, gym facilities were far better than the average Hotel in that class.
Cons: Closing times of the pool were earlier than expected. We did not try the breakfast but went down to have a look, and it felt that for the price it was not that special. There are many great brunch places at walking distance from the hotel.

Pros: Just amazing. Although the building from the outside is rather nothing special, I loved everything else so much. The pool with a fontaine, the amazing food, cozy rooms (towards the garden and pool), drinks, people watching. Everything is very professional rather then overconscientious.

Cons: The first day, I could not order my room service, because they forgot to setup my i-pad in my room, and I could not look at the menu. But in the next day, they fixed it very quickly! They even left a message card and a little gift to say sorry...so kind.

Pros: Great value for a spacious serviced apartment (we could fit 10 people comfortably in it :)) and the location is superb doing most of Ho Chi Min City sight seeing by foot. 5 of us stayed over for 5 days and we were very pleased with the service and the very friendly staff as well. We recommend it! Specially if you're traveling with a family.

Cons: Nothing whatsoever to not love about this hotel. This is the place to stay in Saigon. The staff is exceptional and went a long way to make our stay fabulous and stress free. They made numerous arrangements for us and even sent me a pair of sunglasses to another city, which I left at the rooftop pool (which is awesome!). The rooftop bar is happening at night and has amazing views. If ask of our remaining accommodations are equal to this, we will be very happy travelers.
