Pros: Everything! Gorgeous rooms, lovely pool(s), and the friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. The spa was amazing and great value. The breakfast was delicious and there is an a la carte menu in addition to the buffet, so you’ll definitely find something you like. The upgraded rooms have a very comfortable bathtub; recommend! (The regular rooms have a tub/shower combo, so you can also take a bath there!) Free shuttle into town was appreciated because it is quite humid, but the walk is only about 15-20 mins. Free bicycles were also nice to ride over to Cam Kim island. Happy hour at pool is a good deal, and you can jump between pools to have happy hour all afternoon long. ;) I already miss La Siesta! Would absolutely come back here with kids, too.

Pros: The room was lovely and clean. The pool was great. The restaurant and breakfast was amazing. Our stay was only this last week when everything in Hoi An was slowing shutting down because of the virus and I have to say I thought the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating with assisting us contact airlines and refunding our accommodation as we had to leave early. If I return to Hoi An I would definitely stay here!

Pros: We had the most lovely stay in La Siesta hotel during our 2 weeks trip in Vietnam! The hotel is beautiful and the 2 pools are just perfect to relax and swim. The staff was amazing, everyone trying to make our stay unforgettable! The breakfast was delicious and full of choices. The free shuttle to the city centre and the beautiful An Bang beach are super convenient. It doesn't even take 5 minutes to reach the ancient town centre. We even walked there multiple times as it is very close by! La Siesta hotel is definitely one of the best hotel we have ever been to!!

Cons: It didnt quite match up to its sister hotel in Hanoi (Central). Very nice but La Siesta Hanoi Central was a hard act to follow I am afraid.

Pros: The room was amazing! We booked the junior suite with balcony and couldn’t believe the size of the room and bathroom. They also gave us a complimentary bottle of wine which was very sweet. The pool is great. Little cold but refreshing in the hot weather. Good breakfast and we enjoyed using the free bikes.

Pros: Location is outside of oldtown so much quieter, cheap 20k taxi to old town. Pool is very nice and it's relaxing looking at on the rice paddies. Gym is also decent enough for a quick workout. Hotel is very clean and comfortable.

Cons: Difficult to think of something I didn't like, except that our room was a little loud from hallway noise and a droning hum that was incredibly irritating to one of my travel companions.

Cons: The only negative was service at the pool. We had to get up to order drinks but this may be because it is currently a little quieter. Regardless, we hope to stay here again.

Cons: We stayed here for 3 nights and La Siesta in Hoi An for another 3 nights. We thought this hotel was ok until we arrived at La Siesta. Unfortunately we felt the customer service at Lasenta was pretty ordinary compared to La Siesta. I would recommend this hotel if you are after a pleasant stay on a budget. But if you are after excellent customer service and attention to detail stay elsewhere like La Siesta.

Pros: From the moment we got there to the moment we left we were made to feel very welcome. Our room, 514 a luxury suite river balcony was amazing and worth the extra money enjoying the sounds and sights of Vietnam. The breakfasts were amazing plus the nice touch of a high tea voucher on arrival. We had travelled from a very good beach resort in Hue but this was top class. Breakfast was first class and vū handsome ( his words not mine ) made happy hour a joy. The place is an enjoyable stroll to the old town about 10 mins away and the bridge over to the other side is handy with the free bicycles. We had a problem with the airline cancelling our flight home but the reception staff sorted it for us quickly and easily. All round a superb choice, thank you Ann resort

Cons: I prefer little Riverside but it's more expensive. The swimming pool is not what I prefer because its almost fully covered.. but at least they have one where it's possible to swim.
