Pros (+) The concierge was very helpful with giving advice and directions, and the front desk staff were very efficient. The housekeeper assigned to our room spoke English and was attentive to our needs - very nice lady. Hotel is large and within walking distance of several shops, restaurants, and the MTR subway station.
Cons (-) Room was not well ventilated, and the thermostat was difficult to adjust. Humidity was too high. As the building is a high-rise, the windows cannot be opened.
Pros (+) The hotel is in a decent location in the Jordan area of Kowloon.
