Pros (+) Service was always friendly, prompt and efficient. The hotel is also quiet and great for relaxing - away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Waikiki. The beautiful Aquarium is just a few steps away. Do not forget to get your breakfast or other meal at the beautiful ocean-front restaurant.

Pros (+) This hotel is ocean front property. They contacted me days prior my arrival to inquire about my accommodations and special requests. I mentioned how I would be getting married during my stay. I was upgrade to a room with a beautiful view free of charge. The room service is quick and food is delicious. I really enjoyed my time there :D
Cons (-) There was some construction going on during the day time. It was loud and caused dust inside the hotel.
