hidden fees on everything could not get ahold of front desk pool bar was closed shuttle people were nice but that was it

Pros (+) the location of this Omni cannot be surpassed! Parking is convenient albeit rather expensive for what is available.
Cons (-) The front desk staff is really underwhelming. The hotel is so dated and in need of a MAJOR renovation.
