Pros: Convenient to my three-week job
Cons: I stayed to 3-day weeks Monday through thursday.. first week very noisy roadside, combined with loud neighbor and very thin walls on the other side. Second week loud neighbors above and TV on constantly all night beside me. Pillows of very uncomfortable and hard, bed was okay. Good size room. Good value but you get what you pay for. Tight parking for larger vehicles. Never got to the complimentary coffee or breakfast gone too early in the morning. 10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly front desk staff. Hotel employee was extreamly helpful
5.0 Okay
Cons: The room was TINY. Only one of us could manage to get to the other side of the bed as you literally had to duck under the tv while climbing over the foot of the bed at the same time. Our room wasn't ready at 7, which is well after the 4PM check in time...
6.0 Good
Pros: Bed was comfortable. Soap smelled great.
Cons: My room was changed to a different room when I arrived that I didn't ask for. I already payed online. It was made seem like my room was changed to something better when indeed it was worse. Bigger bed. But we lost the use of the bath tub and space. We had a very small stand up shower. I had a romantic night planned for me and my significant other and we couldn't do what we wanted. Was also charged 140 dollars with out any explanation or anything. Highly disappointed.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The location.
Cons: We were made to feel like we weren’t allowed to be there, the woman at the front desk was actually quite rude about us checking in.

Pros: Great location and classy.
Cons: The surprise $28. Fee for the spa, gym and wifi we did not used.

Pros: Good location
Cons: The restaurant/ lounge in the lobby area was very bright and open which did not make it very private or inviting.

Pros: very quiet. excellent staff at the desk. one, a guy upgraded my room for a few extra bucks. bigger and had a view of the public park and the capitol. very quiet and clean. i was impressed. half block to subway
Cons: nothing
5.0 Okay
Pros: modern design
Cons: Shower was 18 inches wide and physically could not wash my hair without spilling over on the floor or turning sideways. It was like trying to take a shower standing on a milk crate. Ridiculously small shower. Worst shower I have seen.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: LOCATION!!! Staff and Room Decor were fantastic!!
Cons: Not a big deal but getting into the room was a little tight as the door was right next to the night stand. Once we were in the room, although room is small it was more than sufficient for the two of us to have a relaxing weekend in the city.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was fantastic
Cons: The size of the shower is ...well...micro. I m not sure many would have minded an extra foot being used for shower space. I m not a huge guy but that was the only downside to the experience.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Room had a old-fashioned vibe, but with modern amenities. Pleasant stay!
Cons: The sink backed up if you let the water run for too long, but went down fairly quickly once the water was turned off.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: History and staff
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very Good location
7.0 Good
Pros: The hotel itself was very cool. Probably the best parts about it were the bar on the main floor (lots of great cocktails and snacks, open pretty late), and the location (right in the Financial District, close to both Faneuil Hall and Boston Common).
Cons: The room (double bed room) we were in was VERY small. It was advertised to be able to accommodate 2 people, but it would've been much more comfortable for only 1 person. The bed was basically a glorified twin, and the bathroom was pretty cramped as well. Not necessarily worth the amount we spent.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The pillows were amazing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, was able to walk to many locations
6.0 Good
Pros: Thought the staff was efficient, experienced and helpful. The bed, bedding, towels and toiletries were nice.
Cons: Did not have breakfast but did have room service from the Market, which was inferior. The toilet flush was extremely loud, usually not an issue, except if other folks were asleep flushing was intrusive. The furniture, other than the office / desk chair was fairly uncomfortable. The HVAC, which looks like a retrofitted system, was loud and constantly blowing air. There was an old unplugged refrigerator just sitting on the floor next to the other refrigerator. Did not prefer viewing all the Hotel services, menus, etc. on the TV. Would prefer written material. In Hotel dining options very limited and sub-par.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great, the front desk let me choose a room on a higher floor, and everyone was so friendly it contributed to my wonderful stay.
Cons: The showers could use an update.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent
Cons: The staff was a bit dismissive, but also the beginning of Covid-19. The valet was not helpful until after I checked in, but had to park car basically at the garage and carried my own bags back to the hotel to check-in.
6.0 Good
Cons: shabby property
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location was right next to the convention center with the conference I was attending, and plenty of food and drink options near by.
Cons: Hotel could use an upgrade, it's looking a little shabby (I've been there many times before). The worst part was the comforter on the bed was quite soiled and needed to be tossed aside before I could get into bed. Gross.

5.0 Okay
Pros: The rooms were much smaller than I thought they would be. The room service robots that were highly touted in the hotel's description merely deliver water bottles, they have no other capabilities. The hotel doesn't have room service. We couldn't even get a hot tea to the room. The door and walls surrounding the toilet are see-thru for some inexplicable reason.
Cons: The rooms were much smaller than I thought they would be. Pros: The hotel is at the courthouse stop on the silver line. From there can get anywhere on the T. Easy walk to boardwalk and pier park. Most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in.
Cons: The room is TINY. OK for me by myself and well organized. You have to like any roommate if you want to spend time in the room(though why would you?) Primary light source is around TV, which makes room dark.

6.8 Good
Pros: Conveniently located, small rooms but comfortable. The exercise facilities were great.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: location to commuter rail for conference, the room + bed were comfortable
1.0 Poor
Cons: the worst hotel experience ever. I waited 8 hours until they can get a room for me. However, people who came way later than me got checked in way before me. Serious discrimination! Extremely bad attitude!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was varied, fresh, delicious, perfect! The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. We had a nice view of Copley Square from our window. I liked that when calling an elevators, the computer screen would tell me which one I should take. The location was excellent, very central.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Great location
Cons: The worst Marriot I have ever been! While I booked a higher level double-beds room, the front desk lady, Eva, gave me a 6th floor room. She didn't aware she was wrong until I asked her. Then she gave me a room on the top floor. HOWEVER, I OPENED THE DOOR AND FOUND THAT ROOM HAS ANOTHER GUEST ALREADY! So I went down again to get my room. this time another woman with no name tag deal with my problem, She just have cold face, say sorry perfunctorily, and told me they don't have two-beds room for higher floor. I was irritated at that time, and she ROLLED HER EYES TO ME. It was late that day and I need rest, so I finally checked in with a two-beds room in the lower level. Actually they charged extra $10 per room per day for the higher level, but they even FORGOT TO REDUCE THAT PART OF FEE. The whole check-in procedure really made me feel disgusted. Not discrimination or racist, I guess the second woman is Latin American because she has black hair, Also, the old man at the checkin desk is also arrogant and rude. While my friend and I came to the desk and havn't say a word, he just point to another place and said "go there " and ask another people to talk to us. Overall this experience with Marriot made me deeply disappointed and worried. Their room keys are electronic cards, which means everyone may face the same situation with me in Boston, you opened your room and found a man in the room, or you just finished shower and came out then find out a stranger is in your room. If you want to be treated nicely, then find another hotel, Marriot is not for you.

Pros: Great location, easy to get in and out, people mind their own business, the check-in employees are friendly, great indoor accessibility to tons of places in Copley/Boylston which is nice during the winter months

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Shower stall without a tub for taking a bath.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing room with amazing view.
Cons: I wasn’t informed by the valet that parking on site would be a fortune. Staying for three nights made this hotel visit far too expensive. Stayed in a gorgeous hotel IN the center of Baltimore and didn’t pay for parking. One particular valet was a rock star but I can’t remember his name. The cashier of the valet knew I was at the window. I was in a rush and she was working on something on the computer. I was trained at the Five Diamond Hilton at Short Hills that the computer can wait.

Pros: Very clean and friendly

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The hotel was pretty. The lounge was very nice.
Cons: We booked a Suite for 5 people. When we checked in at 11pm, we were told the suite only had a kind size bed and that they were out of cots, our kids would have to sleep on the floor. After arguing with the front desk, they finally gave us a second room (which they initially tried to charge us for) which was in the exact opposite corner of the very large hotel but we were still short a bed. My daughter ended up sleeping on the floor. The second night, we were offered 3 cots so we could all be together however my sons are over 6 feet tall so the cots didn't fit them comfortably. Again, we were offered a second room (this time they offered it complimentary), this time closer to our suite. I just wanted to be together with my family not separated - I just wanted what I booked. To make up for the inconvenience, they offered us a free buffet breakfast - really?!?! A free buffet breakfast - so kind of them for a $1500 hotel stay which they completely screwed up...

Cons: The Size
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was so comfortable .staff was great ..the eggs Benedict was awsome
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the location. The one staff member who was able to assist us was great.
Cons: At the beginning of our stay, when we were asking for advice on places to visit or directions to local tourist sites, staff were unable to help. They stated they didnt know??? The COVID-19 pandemic started part way through the time of my stay I feel the way the staff handled it was not as good as it could have been. They cancelled in house services without notifying us. Changes that were related to the pandemic were not communicated to us. Other than this, all the staff except one were not very helpful. There is daily fee added into the cost of the stay for things such as the rooftop bar, gym etc. We were unable to use any of this during our stay, and even before the COVID-19 restrictions were put in place the rooftop bar was closed. This was not noted anywhere. There has been no offer for a reduction in the cost of our stay. It was very expensive considering.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice views of the city. Security: magnetic key card necessary yo use elevator.
Cons: $150 fee charged to credit card upon check-in. It was charged back same say as check-out though.

Pros: Location was perfect check in was unusually easy concierge was always available and very helpful
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, cleanliness, overall appearance
6.0 Good
Pros: The bathroom was quite big and there were a lot of towels. Also, I enjoyed having a concierge service to store my luggage while I was exploring the city.
Cons: I needed to pay for wifi, which was not ideal for me. Also, there was no microwave. I wanted to heat some milk for myself but I wasn't able to do so. The view from my window was terrible, and the lighting of the room was inefficient. Overall, I think the hotel was a little outdated in terms of interior design, and the absence of free wifi was a big inconvenience for a big brand like Hilton.
6.0 Good
Pros: Best part of this hotel was the location. Close by to a lot of amenities.
Cons: It was a VERY small room for the price I paid and there was hardly any water pressure in the shower. The toiletries they offer are awful and smell awful. Hilton should supply a brand name. I also waited in line for almost 15 minutes just to check out.
