The location was decent for what we needed it for. We booked a King room and requested a floor above the 1st level, and a quiet room. We were not given a room with a King bed instead we got 2 double beds and after speaking to the staff they just said we can’t guarantee the room you booked since it was through a third party site we could only guarantee that you actually got a room in general. If you want a nice clean room in a great location at a good price this is the place. Rooms are newly renovated. Breakfast is sparse but decent - only bagels, muffins, yogurt, coffee and juice. Pool is not heated so we couldn’t swim and hot tub was broken.

Cons (-) The room was clean, but wasn’t presented well at all. Sheets and covers were very sloppy, bed skirt was folded up underneath in spots. Lint from the linens all over the floor. Just overall very sloppy looking. Our door would stick quite badly actually, the mattresses were very obviously old and uncomfortable. The pool had lots of hair and other debris in it indicative of skimmers that don’t work. ...

Cons (-) Wallpaper peaking off of the bathroom wall, toilet broken, mold in the bathroom and the smell in the room was really bad.

Pros (+) attentive front desk staff overall, staff was very solutions-oriented very close to Hershey park and activities breakfast free coffee and tea free laundry detergent
Cons (-) back / side door not working with room key made lugging suitcases harder no elevator -- great for that 3rd floor cardio though ;) property is dated and shows
