Cons:
I had made arrangements to drop off the vehicle at a different location from where I rented it but when I got there at the arranged time it was closed. No one told me that it would be closed!Hertz

Pros:
When I arrived there, a very rude unwelcoming aggressive lady told me the car I booked for isn't available and she doesn't do 1 day bookings so I should take a smaller car, for 2 days, for double the price. She was outright aggressive. I didn't engage, left the outlet and called Hertz and Hertz told me she is a franchise so she has her own policy (apparently her policy is to tell clients threateningly to take it or leave it), and that they can cancel my booking free of charge. So imagine, they did a favor to me by canceling without penalty. Never again Hertz.Cons:
