Guests found the hotel to have spacious rooms and a family-friendly atmosphere. While some praised the attentive staff and pleasant pool area, others noted issues with cleanliness, outdated facilities, and inconsistent service. Breakfast was often seen as basic or disappointing. The pool and outdoor areas were generally enjoyed, though maintenance and cleanliness could be improved. Overall, the hotel offers good space and amenities for families, but could benefit from updates and better attention to detail.
