Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location near parks and public transport, as well as its proximity to restaurants and local attractions. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, uncomfortable beds, and problems with value for money, particularly regarding unexpected deposits. Service was often described as unfriendly or unhelpful, and several guests mentioned unresolved issues with deposits and poor communication. Overall, while the location is a strong point, the hotel struggles with cleanliness, comfort, and customer service.
