Pros (+) Location, parking, great staff, good breakfast, clean rooms, acess to nearby shops and restaurants. Despite the negative comments that follow I would gladly return. I was very impressed with the assistance afforded to us by the staff - thank you.
Cons (-) It may be just our room but the bathroom was smelling damp - needs drain cleaner I think. The room (27) was small. We had a second room - accross the road that was much roomier. I will in future speak to hotel on booking to get a better room. Too much 'lowlife' hanging about in the streets outside - perhaps the chain needs to complain to the local Police about the drug users in the locale.
