7.1 Good
Cons: I had reserved a room with double queen beds, but upon check-in was told that the hotel was "oversold" and could not only give me a room with one king bed. After much discussion, the gentleman claimed he looked again and found a double queen bed room and could offer it to me for an upgrade rate of $50/night. I unhappily accepted, but was able to remove the charge with a different gentleman upon checking out. I felt that I was being treated unfairly and inaccurately by the first person who checked my family in on 2/1719.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness Facilities Staff Restaurant Complentary champagne at check in.
Cons: We staid in room 346 , beside the fact that we had to walk a lot to get to the room , the way the bathroom was built was no way you can get any heat in there , the showers were a nightmare to take. He had to keep the heat at 78 in room to get not even 68 in the bathroom. I was disappointed with the room we got, because I know for sure the hotel was not busy 1.5 weeks before Christmas. Overall I would recommend the hotel but not the room 346
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect near a lot of small towns and restaurants.
Cons: Didn't like there was no complementary breakfast at least a continental breakfast but it's okay found a great bf place in town.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Facilities were nice, and staff was friendly.
Cons: Not impressed with Lone Eagle Grille. Hostess and waitstaff were not competent. Gave us a wine list on a locked iPad. Did not provide the correct dinner menu. Options were limited, with few fresh vegetable options. Cafe was uncomfortable with hovering waitstaff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The first few days of my stay I was solo and was there for business. My wife flew in for the weekend and we had a great stay at our home away from home. The Hyatt in Incline always does a great job and has the best staff of anywhere I have stayed. Keep doing a GREAT job.
Cons: One elevator was not working for a couple of days on Presidents weekend which made for very long lines and wait times. Need to reinstall the chandeliers at the Loan Eagle.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is of relatively modest size. The lobby has been remodeled (not sure when) and is very very nice. Has a Tahoe lodge look, is dimly, but adequately lit, and is very welcoming. Our room did not have the best view, so we requested an upgrade. The manager on duty offered us one of their cabins by the lake as a free upgrade. Initially, we declined, but changed our mind. Not only did they give us the free upgrade, but they did the same for our friends! Thanks to Taylor, who was very gracious, professional and friendly.
Cons: The room we initially had was on the fourth floor and did not have a view of anything but the roof and ventilation equipment. That was remedied, however.

Cons: The pool was an outdoor heated pool but wasn't warm enough. The property is very spread out, which is nice but can be difficult at the end of the day with young children.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was excellent, very clean, stylish, comfortable. Loved the restaurant across the street, great food, great live music, great cocktails.
Cons: Room was a little too warm, couldn't adjust thermaostat.

9.4 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect and the room very comfortable
Cons: We were there to ski 1 day and have the timing all planned out. At first we were disappointed that the free breakfast didn't start until 8, but then we figured we would change things around a bit and we could still eat before we got to the ski resort by 9:00 am. It was an issue when it wasn't open at 8, even though I called the lobby the night before to confirm I had the time right. We waited until 8:15 and the office still wasn't open, and we didn't see any movement inside, so we let for the ski resort. Of course for me, it was no big deal, but my boyfriend (who needs to eat before any activity) was pissed and luckily I was able to keep it from being a big fight. Nothing worse on a get away than a pouty boyfriend lol.....
7.4 Good
Pros: Lakefront property Every room has a view Clean Family-run
Cons: Need some updating in hot tub area; Walls are thin; Outside night lamps are too bright
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet and the location cannot be beat! Great kitchen. Spacious rooms.
Cons: Bed was not that comfortable. Amount of light from outside sources was formidable. Bring a sleeping mask!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is perfectly located right on the water, with a beautiful and enticing private beach. The room where we stayed afforded the most delicious view and as we were on the top floor we had the luxury of tall ceilings. We found the staff very friendly and helpful, and we would have liked to stay longer. We will be back!
Cons: The décor in the lobby and breakfast area could use an update.

2.8 Mediocre
Pros: They are close to city center
Cons: They require you check in by 6PM and that you call in if you plan to turn up late. I called couple days ahead and no one picks up the phone and nor does it have a VM. After multiple failed attempts i get there only to find the office closed and even after calling the emergency # provided outside the door, no one responds. It was busy. I had the Expedia team also call them before rebooking but even they were not able to reach. The place is very dark, practically unlit so if you book here get there in day time. The place is a residential community that is being leased so beware you are on your own if you check in even during emergencies. Not sure how the place was rated so high. Maybe the residents / owners are adding to the review?
5.4 Okay
Pros: Great location.
Cons: Tired facility. Thermostat did not seem to work....could not cool the unit down in the dead of winter. Basics like shampoo and lotion not included.

5.4 Okay
Pros: Offered continental breakfast which was just okay.
Cons: The rooms have no air conditioning, only a very noisy portable fan for air circulation. Very uncomfortable as it was pretty warm in Tahoe during my two-day trip.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Loved the location, just a mile or two from our family we were visiting. Heater worked well on a cold night. Coffee maker in room.
Cons: Bare bulb light fixture and cob webs behind the bathroom door in 205, too soft bed for old backs, breakfast room was a dark cave where we had to resupply items by searching under cupboards as no staff was evident, overpriced based on our travel experience(S (we understand it's the LOCATION but it shouldn't be more than $100/night even given Incline Village, not $168 with tax!)
6.8 Good
Pros: Location was great and the bed was very comfortable! I loved that fact that it was clean and our room was very spacious.
Cons: A little dark, incovinient if you want to do your makeup. You can hear people in the hallway.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is nice, the amenities, breakfast, and look of the rooms are nice. The location is great.
Cons: The beds were awful. My God the doubles are small and they bow. I almost rolled off multiple times. The pillows are not pliable and don't bend-- very uncomfortable. The noise from people walking around upstairs is intolerable. People might just be willing to their rooms or around inside their room but you hear every footstep from the bottom level. Maybe it's better on the top floor. 200 bucks a night I need more.
