Pros (+) Cleanliness was very good, beds were very comfortable and the shower works great. The staff are all incredibly friendly.
Cons (-) No minifridge in the rooms was a real pain. Especially since my floor also didn't have an ice machine. I think every other floor is actually missing an ice machine. Parking is also very expansive and the valet wasn't the nicest guy. The breakfast isn't very good either, often it can be cold, although there is usually a lot of selection.
