Cons:Getting trapped in the bathroom because of a maintenance issue and having to break my way out.

Pros:Participation in Green room service - not requiring new linens, towels every day- yields $5 / day food voucher.
Cons:Need to clarify/refine misleading description of Green program . Card for hanging on doorknob says I would not have full housekeeping service. I thought that meant I would not receive fresh linens; would use the entire supply of towels (5) before resupply; and would pick up after myself. In practice, the card means no one will enter my room...a kind of permanent Do Not Disturb. No resupply of coffee. No emptying waste baskets. SOLUTION : Green program should have partial housekeeping . Save us all cost of needless laundering of towels and sheets, etc. but routinely resupply coffee and empty trash.

Cons:My truck wouldn't fit in the parking garage. I had to park off site. This is not the hotels fault. I should have driven my car.

Pros:Our Room with a city view was beautiful. The bed was comfortable. It seems to be a clean facility/property. The location was great in accordance to the venue we were to attend. The Staff was attentive & courteous. I actually wish we could have stayed longer to see some of the cities history and sights.
Cons:The Room was Kind of "Pricey"........ A few minor maintenance issues could soon need tending too...... The windows were sludgy/foggy. I was told during my booking that garage parking was included, but when we arrived, there was a $25 per night parking fee.

Cons:Elevators were extremely noisy, If you are going to stay here, I would suggest a room as far away from the elevators as possible as they ROAR as they pass the floor each time - sound like a jet taking off - there are 4 elevators too...
